A number of people, especially senior business executives and government officials, have to give speeches to a variety of audiences. When you deliver a speech, not only your image and reputation but also the success or failure of the idea you are trying to sell is at stake. Delivering a good speech isn’t easy. You have to face two challenges. First, you have to write a good speech and then you have to deliver the same confidently.

(b) Introduction
Here you tell the audience what you are going to tell them. You have to make the introduction interesting so as to get the attention of the audience.
(c) Body
In this section you tell your audience what you told them in the introduction what you will tell them. Here you give the relevant and important points to support your introduction or the thesis statement.
(d) Conclusion
Here you tell your audience what you have already told them.
(e) Delivery
We believe that if your STORY is convincing, logical and focused on your theme, delivery will become automatically easy. When your story is logical, it also become easy to remember. Even if you forget, a logical story will assist you to find the next thing to say a little more easily.
THE PROCESS
Step 1
You have to let us know the occasion, topic and the duration of your speech. You can send us an email or call us.
Step 2
After reviewing the information sent by you, we will let you know whether we will be able to take on the assignment. At this stage, we may also contact you to ask you some questions or get some clarifications. At this stage, we will also let you know the amount of professional fee that we will charge to develop your speech.
You will only be required to pay after we let you know that we will take up the assignment.
Step 3
Full payment will be required before we start working on your speech. You can make the payment through cheque / demand draft or through credit card. At an appropriate time, a link for making the payment through credit card will be sent to you.
Step 4
After we have received the payment, we will start working on your speech. We will also need some raw material from you. In case you have already written a speech, we will like to have a copy of the same. We feel that ultimately its your speech and that your thoughts, words and ideas should be used. This will also make you feel familiar and comfortable with the speech. One can never feel good about presenting other people’s ideas.
First draft of the speech will be sent to you depending on the duration. We use a thumb rule: 120 words for every minute of speech.
Needless to say that speech writing is an iterative process. 2-3 revisions are usually required on the original draft. After the third revision, usually we charge extra. It can take anywhere from 2-7 days to write a speech. Time taken by us will also depend on the subject and the availability of background material with you.
